After each booking they're released within days (on their own recognizance or to Pretrial Diversion supervision, per the court record) and they cycle back: four in five observed returns come within a month of release, three in ten within a week.

The names are already public.
The city has chosen the worst of both worlds: too lenient to keep them off the street, and unwilling to commit them to the kind of care that might actually stop the cycle.
